Damage or loss

All our lamps are unique and not easily replaceable but we will always do our best to solve any issues.

All our shipments are insured. We ship insured, and always pack our items very carefully. We use bubble wrap, air cushions, extra cardboard inside the box, etc. This insurance covers loss during transport and damage to the goods when the package arrives at destination with obvious signs of having been damaged or mishandled.

Contact us immediately, we need photographs of the inside and outside of the box and photos of the damaged item. We will then Issue a claim.

Returns

If a lamp does not meet your expectations, we accept returns and refunds. The lamp must be returned within 15 days and in the same conditions and packaging in which it was received. The return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. The refund will be made once the lamp has been received and checked that it is in the same condition as when it was sent and will be made using the same method of payment. We can help with the shipping returns if you wish.

Should there occur damage in transit back to LUZZZI, this should be refunded buy the buyer.
